Have you paid your water bill?

Pay your bills on time to avoid the disconnection of your water service. To help you pay your bills Solomon Water will:
• Send your bill to you by mail, email or SMS text.
• Estimate your water bill when we cannot access your meter.
• Issue you a reminder notice when your bill is overdue for payment.
• Disconnect your water supply if you do not pay your overdue bill.

Calculating your water bill for domestic customers

Your monthly water bill and how it is calculated depends on how much water you and your family consume. Your monthly water bill includes these charges: Water volume charge + Standing charge = Total Water Bill.
